HARDEE'S BISCUITS RECIPE

Ingredients
4 cups self-rising flour
4 cups cinnamon
1 Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp baking powder
3/4 cup Crisco shortening
2 cups buttermilk
1/4 cup butter

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
In a large bowl, mix 4 cups of self-rising flour, 1 tbsp sugar, and 1 tbsp baking powder.
Cut Crisco into the flour mixture, use 2 knives to do this.
Keep cutting Crisco shortening into the flour, until you will get o big crumbs.
Smoothly and slowly add 2 cups Buttermilk and mix until it becomes a well-combined dough.
Flour your hands lightly and form the dough into small balls (about golf ball-sized).
Grease the baking pan and add the Hardee's Biscuits balls.
Brush the top with melted butter and Bake for about 20 min until golden brown.
Enjoy with sausage gravy or your choice of jam or jelly. And shove it all up your rear.

SPAM FRIED RICE

Ingredients
  • 1 (12-ounce) can SPAM® Teriyaki, diced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, divided
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 cup diced carrots
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup frozen peas, thawed
  • 1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 3 tablespoons HOUSE OF TSANG® soy sauce
Directions
  1. In large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon oil.
  2. Add eggs. Cook, stirring to desired doneness. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  3. In same skillet, heat remaining 1 tablespoon oil. Cook SPAM® Teriyaki, carrots, green onions, and bell pepper for 4 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
  4. Stir in rice and egg. Sprinkle with soy sauce. Heat thoroughly.
  5. Garnish as desired with additional green onion.
