We were discussing ceramic grills a few days ago. I recently broke in my new rotisserie for the Kamado Joe. Put a whole young chicken on and we did sesame ginger chicken. It was excellent.

Looks great. Big fan of my Joetisserie too. Some really good meals have come from that.

It really seems to work well. Looking forward to trying some recipes.

In the next few days I’ll try some wings in my new Napoleon basket with some new rub.

I still get sad when I remember how underused he was here. He and Dobbs nearly won that A&M game by themselves in 2016 in spite of a defense stuck together with scotch tape and bubblegum.

They had stupid good stats, but I think they both had 2+ turnovers, too.
