So now you have finally moved to the state level in terms of rights. Good job. Now show me where a right to an abortion is actually a right? The state of Tennessee is free to **** all over your rights, but you are free to move. Those people that can't afford to move, well "lol **** them", too bad. Or stay, while the state treats you as a second class citizen. What will come down the pike is the epitome of control.
Not to mention if they are happy about the baby, show you pictures of the ultrasound pics at 8 weeks and even tell you the babies potential names, we are to treat that baby like a baby. If she were to lose that baby, please mourn with her.So we define a woman a woman when they want to kill a baby, but a woman can't be defined for other things. Can you leftists not see how stupid you guys are? A know double standards have been pride for the left, but my goodness.
Aside from gun control, last I checked liberals aren't trying to deny rights to people. Conservatives are the ones using the power of their governments to do that. They will go on and on about freedom and liberty, then immediately turn around and **** all over that. They want rights and freedom for themselves while stomping on anyone outside their group.
Or the correction of prior judicial activism?
Scroll back a couple of pages and read the article on RBG and Roe v Wade and give me your thoughts please. I’ll just leave it at that request and not prime the pumpYou're more naïve than I thought if you don't believe that these justices didn't know what they were doing and the ramifications of taking up and overturning established law. You're being disingenuous in the conversation if you don't think the fight for SC Justices by Presidents and the Senate confirmers isn't anything but a path to legislative change.
Gloat over R v W, to the winner go the spoils - but don't embarrass yourself by acting like this isn't judicial activism.
