He gives every sign of deliberately being vague. If he is also speaking precisely (kudos if he is) then he says here that two days ago said he had Tate as a slight Vols lean and now he is saying nothing. He doesn't say that he withdrew the prediction, that he changed it, or what he changed it to if he did change it. It covers cases all cases.
