When you posted "this is intense" I figured thats where you were. That was an intense scene.@Behr ,I see why the captain isn't one of the ones batting for the other team now.
Like I said, the BMI is accurate and the body fat is close. But I've been using all the info for 2 years from the scale and my watch and whether they're accurate or not, they are very consistent. That’s crazy; I had no idea that bathroom scales had gotten that detailed these days.
I’m going to hold off for now: TMI, aka depressing. lol But that looks like an interesting and motivating upgrade when I’m a bit farther along the path.
Also, be sure and look at the sizes, that's my only complaint with this one. It's only 10 inches wide. My other one was 13 and it's a huge difference. I've looked at others that were bigger several times, but I feel comfortable with the accuracy of this one and that's more important. That’s crazy; I had no idea that bathroom scales had gotten that detailed these days.

That's good. I am a 34 waist and 220lbs my son who is a clone almost is 32 waist and 200lbs of course he is pounding the protein drinks and working out hard and young so he hasn't even filled out and he can do all the young guy stuff you do when you play sports.I know the BMI numbers are accurate but not sure about the others, tho I do know they're consistent which is a good thing. I've enjoyed watching them go up and down and being able to tweak them individually.
Bottom line is it's working! Lol. I've changed from wearing a 42" waist pants to today wearing a 34 comfortably.
IB4 ngaf.

If I had it to do over though, I'd get a bigger one.
Those silver plates supposedly sends signals up through your feet and estimates all that stuff. I don't thinks it's even close, but again, it seems consistent. I mainly just watch the BMI and body fat numbers. I think the body fat is off just under 2% under what it should be according to my doctor's estimate, but it's always off the same, so I feel comfortable with that. How does it know your muscle mass?
