I just never agree with how long Tony V leaves his pitchers in. It was obvious that Chase was struggling after the first run was scored. He should of been shortly after.

He doesn’t leave them in long at all. They are always on pitch counts, but we needed Dolly to go a little bit. If we lose, we will be using a lot of guys the next 2 days.

Saying a guy looks unhitteble before he goes through the lineup the second time.
Uh... he did at the time I said it. I didn't say he wasn't hittable, I was saying he was throwing tough. I think my comment was taken out of context because others were crying.

I was just saying it was a rough start, and it was, but I know this team is always in it. It's more fun when it's close/a challenge lol

They can hit, regardless of their schedule. They just put up 6 hits (3 Xbh) vs a 1st rounder SEC pitcher of the year award winner in 2.2 innings.

And that Clemson football team you think you’re insulting - they’ve won 2 national championships in the last 6 years lol

Just because they have had success hitting against us this game doesn’t make them a good hitting team. It means that Dollander had an off day pitching. Again they play nobodies. How much better you think our stats would look if we played their schedule? Come on give me a break.

Yes Clemson has had massive success. It’s been said time and time again and it’s true. Clemson plays a cupcake schedule. So when they hit the postseason their players aren’t injured and worn out like SEC teams and players.

They’ve had success hitting everyone, not just Dollander. But go on

This fan base is laughable sometimes. You were showing concern. That means you are dumb or giving up. So basically at TN we cannot be concerned, critical or observant at what’s going on at a certain time in a game.

I swear there are time I believe you are Bruinvol reincarnated.

I know someone who quit college with less than a month to graduation to move cross country to marry a person they had known for two days. It happens

Not to mention the recent 2nd in command of an Alabama jail who had her time in for state retirement and decided to start that retirement by checking out an inmate with a violent history. They had to know they had no possible chance at ever truly getting away with the convictions he had (both past and pending) but she still decided that after decades of living a perfectly law abiding normal life where she was a model citizen and model employee that this inmate was worth becoming a fugitive for and that either dying or eventually winding up in her own cell were acceptable risks because 'love.'

I mean it's true - love will make you do stupid ish. And in the early stages the effects on the brain are akin to being drugged. It doesn't make sense when we see it happen to others but love is intoxicating and some folks do drastic things under its influence. Lovers do it but parents and family members do it too - things we'd never do or accept change when it involves someone we love.
