I'd get that, but there was nothing even said that could have remotely been taken that way, so what'd he mean. Say nothing concerning race, someone disagrees, and first response is "racist". That stuff gets old.

The ciabatta is fine but I think it would have looked better on 2 separate square buns.

I would have described it as cold-smoked ...

Hollandaise looks pre-made.

The onions should be diced or shaved.

And the green should be capers.

That should give you plenty to make fun of me about.
