Basically, they fell back and took an absolute russian beating for a second time, but it seems the munitions used were more of the stupid kind this time. Mostly mortar shells, and improvised small explosives made with shrapnel.

Ukraine is now making an attempt at recapturing areas. They repelled a reported 8-9 attacks today in other towns as well.

I always enjoy reading what is going on in Ukraine from reliable sources, then coming over here and seeing what the fake news propaganda is feeding you guys.

also, Ukraine found and took out a communications hub in a captured area. Being that russia is stuck with sub par communications, they have to rely on a "relay" system at times, so taking out these hubs (and they are basically pretty old-school affairs with patch cables and such) hurts.

Wrong.

Ukraine took back at least half of city yesterday. Purportedly using tunnel systems.

Oh and the Russian General in charge of all troops in Donbas? Fired.

Russia is likely close to culminating. Purportedly bringing up reserves at Severodonetsk to bolster front line troops.
