Lol, watching Fox. Karl Rove just decried the notion of getting rid of the liability shield for gun manufacturers, and I quote: "imagine if a person in a car accident could sue the manufacturer of the car."

The only thing I disagree with is the age limit. If you are old enough to join the military, and sent over seas to kill others, you get adult rights across the board. That is my only objection.

If you can sue a gun manufacturer for not limiting magazine capacity , then I can sue the car manufacturer for making a car capable of exceeding the speed limit. Why does anyone NEED to travel at illegal rates of speed anyway? 😉

No one wants your precious firearms. We just want to make to where, oh, idk, an 18 year old kid with a history of mental illness and even had been in trouble for threatening to shoot up a school, can't go buy an AR 15 and unload on children. All the school shootings we have in this country, can you not agree step 1 might be not letting HS kids legally buy a gun?

That doesn't hold water and you know it. Furthermore, many of the high capacity magazines are made by outside manufactures. Some of the better 30 round mags for my AR15's were German made. Good luck with that.
