That alone wouldn’t trigger Article 5 unless Finland had managed to get into NATO by that point. And as idiotic as he’s been I don’t think Pootin is even that stupid. Article 5 won’t apply when a NATO member is the aggressor.

I know it wouldn’t trigger article 5. I just think several NATO countries (some of the Nordic countries in particular) would declare war (in addition to non-NATO Sweden).
