No, sorry, there aren't. There are 6 clauses in the "Memorandum on Security Assurances in connection with Ukraine’s accession to the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons", none of which obligate the US to anything new. As I have said from the beginning, either you don't understand the Memorandum or do and are presenting it dishonestly.

Sounds like Ukraine is handling the situation just fine based on your post. No need for that 40 billion to go them. Let's use that to help out the homeless population here in the U.S. or to find ways to fix the drug addiction and suicide problems that our country is facing.

Oh I understand it completely or better than you at least. What you are doing is attempting to soft sell the most minimal response w could take in response to a security threat to Ukraine. Oh by the way you still won’t admit Russia has violated it at least four times now while you’re trying the soft sell also. It’s rather hilarious to watch you juggle all the balls in the air.

Not militarily for sure. The Russian military has proven itself to be far weaker and disorganized (using stupid strategy and faulty tactics on top of this.) than it's peers. If it weren't for their nukes they would be nothing to fear at all.
