Is this as big of a failure as Afghanistan? Probably not. However considering the food shortages, baby formula shortage, massive inflation maybe it is. But hey as long as red man is defeated, that’s all that matters right? Screw us. Red man bad so spare no expense.

This is the best question asked ... seems reasonable the Russia could be totally isolated by the free world and brought to its knees in short order... but no, bombs and more bombs seem to be the path to peace. Isolate those fuggers (totally) for a few months and things will change.

Hospitals getting paid for every positive COVId diagnosis? Getting money for every patient put on a ventilator? Sorry lefty, you are wrong. End the war how, precisely? Tell Ukraine that they should simply cede their land currently occupied by Russia?

Not gonna happen. If a stronger country hypothetically invaded Alaska, would we simply give it up? Never.

But he didn’t spend more did he? Was inflation this high under Trump? What about electric bills? Gas prices? We can go on and on. Fact is I don’t care what you think. You see no issue with the current spending. Cool. Be happy with your support of the world police and an idiot president who is giving our tax dollars to a garbage nation. I will not.

Gary Johnson really and truly was a clown. In reality he was part of the old Bush GOP wing.

Some people have claimed they were libertarian the past few years simply because they didn't want to identify as democrat or Republican. The problem is they are trying to bring those ideals with them and many of them do not line up with actual Libertarian principles.

Second. Many people claim they are libertarians because they say they are for small government. However, libertarianism is not the only political philosophy that believes in small government. If one actually would read Conscience of a Conservative by Barry Goldwater they will find out that he advocated for small government. From my understanding many conservatives at the time did as well. Therefore one main conservative principle is small government as well as individual liberty. However conservatism often gets mixed with religious right theocracy. Those are not the same political philosophy.

Your implication is that we're "letting" the Ukrainians die? Their country was invaded, they choose to fight back.

Diplomacy failed before and after the invasion, pootin had no interest in discussing or intention to not invade. It's naive to think the west has choices to save lives that doesn't include abandoning Ukraine.
