Biden Hemorrhaging Trump Voters Who Supported Him In 2020

EXCLUSIVE — President Joe Biden is losing support among voters who once backed his predecessor after flipping them two years ago.

A poll analyzing voters who supported former President Donald Trump in 2016 before casting a ballot for Biden in 2020 has found just 3 in 10 would back the incumbent again.

The poll, published by Republican public opinion research firm J.L. Partners, also found 1 in 5 of the same voters graded Biden as performing "very well" as president. Voters older than 65 were more critical of Biden, with 7% echoing the assessment.

J.L. Partners founder James Johnson, former British Prime Minister Theresa May's chief pollster, predicts that so-called purple voters will be pivotal in November's midterm elections and the next presidential cycle, estimating that approximately 4 million people are members of the group. For example, the poll found more than 1 in 4 planning to vote Republican this fall, prompted by liberal positions on the removal of statues and monuments, the use of gender pronouns, race protests, and cancel culture. About 68% remained committed to Democrats.

You’ve “arranged” it? You mean you retired and are drawing your pension while working part time in addition to your pension? What does that have to do with you being in a “better” situation? That has nothing to do with Biden or the price of nearly everything increasing exponentially

How dense are you people?
You act as if nothing changes and the only expenses are food and gas.
Here are a couple of hypotheticals you can view as a mental exercise.
In 2021 Bob has a daily commute of 100 miles roundtrip and gas prices averaged $2.39 per gallon for the year.
In 2022 Bob's commute is 20 miles roundtrip and he works from home 3 days a week. Gas averages $3.89 per gallon.
Did Bob's gasoline expenses increase of decrease?

In 2021, Sue bought food to feed 3 people. Sue spent an average of $75 per person per week on groceries.
In 2022, Sue bought food to feed 2 people. Sue spent an average of $90 per person per week (more steaks).
Did Sue's food expenses increase or decrease?

In every one of those hypothetical situations, your expenses increased because the price of fuel has increased. Driving from point a to point b has increased compared to 2020 regardless of whether or not the distance has decreased, the expense has not.

It has everything in the world to do with me being in a "better" situation. And we 100% did arrange it. It's certainly not an option available to most. Those positions are golden, highly sought after, and very competitive.

GA just passed a law that may make the next year even sweeter.

That’s not even remotely true, I work with 4-5 half time teachers in a school of 40 or so certified staff

Let me get this straight, you think that because you drive fewer miles that cost of fuel has decreased? Fuel is an expense, that expense has increased which means the price of everything transported by it has also increased. There isn’t a single good or service in the US used by most consumers on a daily basis that hasn’t increased exponentially. Have you also decided to eat 50% less? Get sick 50% less? Use electricity 50% less?

I was talking about MY expenses. I specifically said MY salary was up and MY expenses were down.
I'll give you another hypothetical....maybe use a calculator.
You drive a truck that gets 14 mpg and gas costs $2.39 per gallon. How much is your gas expense per mile?

A year later gas is $3.69 per gallon but you traded your truck for a car that gets 31 mpg. How much is your gas expense per mile?

Did your expenses for gas go up or down?

I don’t care how much you try to justify your ridiculous statement your expenses have not gone down. Let’s say you hypothetically traded in your vehicle, food costs have increased exponentially. Do you now eat less? Utility costs have increased, do you now use less electricity and water? Manufacturing costs have increased dramatically, do you no longer purchase goods? There is a zero percent chance your expenses have decreased
