Back when there was a smoking section and first class was in the rear…

My dad told me once he was on a flight on an Italian airline in Italy, he said the right side of the plane was the smoking section and the left side of plane was for nonsmoking.

That doesn’t make any sense.

Back in the late 60’s early 70’s, I remember my sister mom and I would go on the plane with my dad, and then before takeoff they would announce that anyone not flying that it was time to de board the plane.

You mean it looks different now?

I don't understand why all these teams don't use the bunt against the teams with the "analytic shifts" where you only have one fielder on one side of the infield.

I took flights in and out of Knoxville starting in 68 or so, but the planes were all jetliners by then, If I recall. Don't remember any prop airliners.

Same, we moved to Knoxville in 66 when I was just 2, you are right about the planes. I couldn’t find any photos from that period online.
