War in Ukraine

Per Newsweek. Turns out Russia losing 15-20 tanks per day and 200+ troops KIA not sustainable. Who woulda thunk?

Military Expert Gives Putin's Forces 90 Days in Ukraine

BY JON JACKSON ON 5/12/22 AT 6:06 PM EDT

Amilitary expert on Thursday told Newsweek he believes Russia's military can only last about 90 more days in Ukraine before its forces and equipment become too depleted to continue.

Sean Spoonts, editor-in-chief of the military news outlet SOFREP, said Russian President Vladimir Putin's forces have already expended a sizable portion of its arsenal since the war began in late February. He also noted that Russia is facing difficulties replenishing military equipment and vehicles due to supply chain interruptions and severe economic sanctions placed on Russia.

After first estimating Russia's timetable to be at three months for how long it can last before it may decide it needs to cut its losses, Spoonts said that figure may be on the high side.

"I think the Russians would not be able to go much further than 90 days longer," Spoonts said. "At the bleed rate that they're going through right now, 90 days may be stretching it."

If this assessment is correct that may be about how much Putin has left. Look for his illnesses to suddenly worsen.

Biggest logical fail in your paid online Russian trolling is that you think the west thinks like you Russians who rely on almost 100% state controlled media for their information where they can continually bombard a false narrative to its audience and if you do it enough times they will believe it. Here in the West, Rasputin "Vol", we actually can get our hands on all kinds of information and make much better informed decisions than you Russians can.

I wouldn't brag about western media vs Russian media. You are deluded if you don't think we have controlled media and we aren't making better more informed decisions than Russia. Live in reality, not the controlled media death cult fantasy bubble.

As though Russia would be interested in peace negotiations if their army was making progress.

They have been offering peace talks from the start. Had what some leaders thought were productive talks in Istanbul, until the West told the Cokehead to accept no peace deals and drag the war out as long as possible.

Their “peace talks” are mostly just poison pills. And of course, they accuse Ukraine of being unreasonable, despite Ukraine’s only demand is being able to run their country independently.

Lying is a standard part of diplomacy for him. Diplomacy is a weapon of war. Let him take Crimea and he'll be back for the rest of Ukraine. Let him take Ukraine and he'll be back for Transnistria. Then he'll be back for the rest of Moldova. Then the Baltics.

First you say Russia isn't interested in peace negotiations...now you say they are but try and discredit them by labeling them poison pills. Ukraine is losing badly and trying to negotiate as if they were winning. That is unreasonable.

I saw Ron speak in Nashville back during the Ron Paul Revolution. Rand is a far cry from his father, however. Not nearly as principled. Rand wouldn't have beaten Hillary in 2016, had he won the nomination. Trump was the best of a lot of a lot really bad choices.
Rand is not Ron, but if given the choice between Trump and DeSantis in 2024???

We talking about the Cokehead Ukrainian? Putin has been pretty straightforward throughout.

Diplomacy is a weapon of war. Let him take Crimea and he'll be back for the rest of Ukraine. Let him take Ukraine and he'll be back for Transnistria. Then he'll be back for the rest of Moldova. Then the Baltics.

He doesn't want all of Ukraine. It would be a nightmare to manage.

Considering global tensions currently, I need to hear more from DeSantis regarding foreign policy. Outside of that, he is preferable to Trump in almost every way. Trump bringing up the Johnson and Johnson guy the other day at his rally, bragging on the vaccine and how rich the guy was, shows how Trump has become detached from his base. Also, he continues to make horrendous picks like Dr. Oz and would likely continue to make terrible staff hires. He doesn't seem to have learned from his many failures as President.

Lol. You Russian trolls really do have a limited playbook.

Code for "I watched his Nashville rally on Youtube".

Do you still have access to Youtube in Russia right now? Asking for a friend because I only see Russians looting washing machines and not a lot of cell phones or laptops so we know clean laundry in Russia is absolutely a problem, just not sure on Youtube.

This is some straight up textbook spousal abuse/domestic violence logic right here.

That's going to work out well then but my guess is that he doesn't get any of it. What he will get is about 20k+ dead Russian sons, a busted economy, more NATO countries at his doorstep, DEEP political isolation and less countries willing to buy its gas. Congrats.

Your idol stepped on his d**k and then proceeded to mash it into hamburger.

I'll bookmark this. It will be fun to quote from time to time in the future.

You say them as though you think they are contradictory statements.
Ukraine is losing badly and trying to negotiate as if they were winning. That is unreasonable.
Then why is Russia complaining so much? Just annex the territory.

That deal would have been nothing but a land grab. A deal would have been for Ukraine's promise to not join NATO and Russia would completely and permanently withdraw from all Ukrainian territories.

Can you elaborate on the "losing badly" part?

Russia (a so called world super power) positioned it's Army for months to invade and still hasn't conquered a town 100 miles from it's border.

We get that you're a Putin/Russia sycophant, but who are you trying to convince with saying dumb sh*t like this?

It would be like the U.S. preparing for months to invade Mexico and struggling to get past Monterrey. This is a trainwreck for pootin. You can try to pour sugar on the turd, but no one is biting.

When you can't refute, resort to ridiculous analogies.
Lol. I wasn't refuting anything. You obviously dont understand the analogy, but as a most likely poorly paid Russian troll, I wouldn't really expect you. Pro advice: Get more exposure to American culture than what you see on your 1980's A-Team reruns and you'll have a better chance of passing yourself off an actual non Russian troll in the future.
