As long as people are willing to buy Russia’s garbage that will artificially support the Rubble. But we already see plenty of data showing people are moving away from Russia. If Russia continues to demand their products be bought with the Ruble, I don't see why it isn't sustainable.
I see nothing has changed in this thread. Ukraine supporters still living in their delusions as Russia slowly grinds toward achieving their goals. It was nice to see some Republicans finally wake up and vote against yet another waste of "aid" to Ukraine. What happened to the anti-war Left by the way? Have they gone extinct?
If you haven't heard Putin's speech from the the May 9th celebration, I would recommend it. Sadly, the guy is far more stable than any Western leader at the moment.
Pure posturing IMO. Belarus is watching Ukraine tear Russia to bits... they want no part of it.
Depending on whose numbers you look at Russia has lost almost 95% of the tanks they brought to Ukraine originally and over 50% of the original invasion force has been killed or injured.
This will go down in history as one of the all time greatest military f#ckups right along side The Battle of Marathon, The Battle of Tours, Battle of Little Bighorn (Custers last stand), and the Battle of Midway.
They couldn't take Kiev or they didn't take Kiev?
De-nazification, de-militarization and recoginition of Crimea, Donbas (and now it looks like southern Ukraine to Odessa was added after the Cokehead Cowboy Zelensky turned his back on Istanbul agreements). They now control a pretty large chunk of territory and will continue slowly adding to it (or quickly as Ukraine forces seem to be close to their break point, so it could be slow until it isn't).
As I said, Ukraine would have been far better off to negotiate these things before the war as now Russia will take them by force and likely take much more than they would have originally negotiated for.
Use the snip feature in Windows. It's super easy, if you have the search bar in your task bar, just type "snip". Or just hit MS logo + shift + s on your keyboard.
And the newest version of MS Edge has a "Web Capture" tool built in.
Lehman: British Would Have Lost Falklands War Without U.S. SupportUK couldn't handle Ukraine, lol. Likely Poland couldn't either. The UK hasn't been a legit power in a long time. We've had to rescue them a few times during the last few decades. Both would be easily waxed by Russia if either were left to fight one on one.
