Boiled it. It's one of the few things I don't prefer on the grill.

I like to wrap it in saran and throw it in the microwave, 2 minutes per decent sized ear. So easy and remaining silks just fall off.

My nod Joe's "chicken salsa crap." Avocado (use it or lose it,) salsa, extra onions, a little leftover diced chicken, cottage cheese (out of sour cream,) grated sharp Cheddar, on a bed of shredded Romaine. Really good!
