War in Ukraine

WTF is it with Russian propoganda and their fascination with Nazi's, (both real and imagined)...... And cocaine........ And homoerotic fantasies........

Whataboutism. Russia needs others to have boogeymen to cover up their own thugs and mobs dealing in all those things. They can at least pretend Russia isn't the world's slime pit.

Slap a barbed wire fence around the steel plant and the neo-Nazi's can begin serving their life sentence, or die from starvation after they get done eating each other.
Irony. The turning point In WWII pivoted around the inability of the Nazis to dislodge the Soviets from a tractor factory in Stalingrad, denying Hitler possession of the city. Now here in Ukraine, the descendants of the Soviets are unable to dislodge THEIR opponents from a factory, thus denying Putin uncontested possession of HIS targeted city.

It's called the United States and some European nations need to take blame for meddling unnecessary in that conflict. And where do you think the Ukrainian Armed Forces received their weapons that they turned around and used against their own civilians?

Many of these conflicts are also manufactured and created in order to benefit our military industrial complex. You guys are being duped as well. Worst of all innocent people are being brought into this.

Absolutely a lot of conflicts are manufactured and created. Russia chose to invade a smaller sovereign country - doesn't get much more manufactured and created than that. If you have proof that Boeing, Lockheed, and so on were whispering sweet nothings in Pootin's ears trying to get his panties in a wad, I'm sure we'd all love to know about it.

Mariupol seems to be slowly coming back to life. I don't think those trapped underground at Azovstal will have much bearing on that happening. Whether they are buried dead or buried alive under Azovstal, doesn't really matter.

Russia has always, historically, been bad at offensive wars. They typically win when people invade them, get beat by their weather (more than their armies), and then finish off the opponents once they lose most their army in Russia. This happened to Hitler and Napoleon. Remember that Napoleon kicked Russia's ass in any real engagement, Russia only defeated him by burning Moscow to the ground and forcing his army to run out of food/supplies.

Transnistria was wanting to break away from Moldova even prior to the USSR breaking up.

If people aren't happy with where they are, send them to a place they can identify with and make them happy. Seems like an easy lesson to learn from all the festering, disparate places the world (particularly it seems the British) cobbled together over the years. Funny part is that it seems the major player is usually religion - the thing that "makes people better" ... but somehow less tolerant of others.

So can we send all the Democrats to Venezuela or to China? 😉

Is this because their tanks and training suck? Or is that tanks are being shown to be not as useful in an age of technology that uses unmanned flying machines?
Both. Training sucks. Tanks suck. Tank maintenance sucks. Logistics suck. Their planning sucked. Their leadership sucks.

Let me just put it this way. When was the last time you had something that said "Made in Russia" that wasn't vodka and was worth a sh!t? Probably never if you haven't had the chance to shoot an AK..and there is a reason for that.. They have a culture of doing things half assed.
