Well my favorite country singer was considered rock and roll before the 70s. Then somehow Conway seemed more country after Pink Floyd, Lynyrd Skynyrd and Led Zeppelin came along. What blows my mind is that my kids look at my 90s country/grunge the way I looked at disco/rock from the 70s.

Transfer portal is overflowing, and you are really taking a chance if you enter it. Definitely not a definite win win for the student.

Have said all along that many players who enter the portal have given up their opportunity to get a college degree. I can not see how the NCAA does not provide better information to those who enter the portal. The dead grass on the other side always appears to be greener.

Different genre but I had a buddy convince me to go to a Beats Antique show with him and went in completely unaware of what it was going to be like. as far as I am aware I didn't ingest any psychedelics before but it was the trippiest live performance I've ever seen. They had a Chinese shadow puppet scene behind them for one song that was a show unto itself.

Yeah that is from Blue Mountain State. One of the guys from that show is now playing Reacher on the Amazon Primes

seems like choir and band nerds, took their dress up and sword play to make a music video. her voice alone is a giveaway, she's had training. Almost like a Nordic themed Dream Theater, I like it.

For the record, I have no such predilections. My tastes in music run from Cannibal Corpse to Conway Twitty, from Her Most Benevolent Majesty Queen Dolly of Tennessee to Dropkick Murphys, from Rage Against The Machine to Rachmaninoff, and from Slaughter to Prevail to Stevie Wonder. I just despise modern "country" music and the idiots that have the audacity to call themselves "country" these days; and your trash *** BFF Morgan Wallen happens to fall into that category.

Your attitude can become a self fulfilling prophecy, when young, some have a tendency to desperately declare their uniqueness in a way that is combative

When you start to see that doesn't work, you begin to grow up. He will either tire of our rightfully critical responses and leave, or reform his strategy and become our friends
