War in Ukraine

The reality that Russia is winning both the physical war and the economic war, as I said they would? The reality that NATO is having a hard time finding friends, as I said they would? What losses would I disappear from?
Lol

Russia’s economy is dogshit and Nato is going to gain more territory from this war than Russia.

Annnnd another Ukrainian city falls...who missed me this weekend?

Yeah, nothing gives you that warm, fuzzy feeling like the Hammer and Sickle of liberty and freedom being hoisted high over the heads of the conquered by an overzealous despot that was just itching for a completely unnecessary fight.

Brag about? I've explained multiple times, I'm not pro-Russia but do to my Country's propaganda efforts and backing a side in this regional conflict (we should have remained neutral YEARS ago) my opposition to that may seem pro-Russian by some of the dullards. If I wanted to brag and was pro-Russian (I'm not), I could have done so throughout weekend as there would have been plenty to brag about, instead I was enjoying a nice vacation over Easter with family.
You conveniently disappeared after your water carrying about the Moskva went down with the ship, and your first post back was asking if we missed you as you posted positive news about Russia.

It was up to us on the "western" side to quote Russian sources on the Moskva. If you were neutral you would also be posting stuff showing some of the negatives that Russia has faced. Your "neutrality" only goes one way, and ducks out when inconvenient and shows up when convient for that same one side.

You arent bringing balance to the truth while you only post things positive for Russia. Havent seen you once post on the dead generals, lost tanks, lost ship, stuck Kiev convoy. Instead it's you being joyous about every Russian gain you can find.

@volgr please read the above again very slowly. I think Lauder nailed it.

LMAO you’re lying. You were gone like a stale borscht fart on the wind once it was clear Moskva was sunk and your Putin issued talking points blew up in your face like every other single claim you’ve made to date. You were gone Thursday morning and didn’t even access the forum until this morning. And then you come back chest pounding over some seriously weak **** to boot. Oh well take lemons and make some really bad Russian lemon vodka 🤡

LMAO so there were reports over a month ago that Kherson was already occupied by Russia and Putin lap dog @volgr shows up today after ending his grief period over Moskva and chest pounds over the raising of a flag

Ukraine war: A glimpse inside Kherson, the city occupied by Russian forces, through the eyes of a Ukrainian resistance volunteer

The military is constantly moving around the city, but the Ukrainian flag continues to hang over the City Council.

The occupants tried to hold a fake referendum, but the population of the city came out to protest and frustrated all their plans

So it took the invading bastards over a month to simply raise a flag and they still can’t force thru another of their bull **** “referendums”. 😂🤡

How would you describe Russia's propaganda efforts?

While I can appreciate the feel good of thinking you are being proven right. That jaunty tone is not appropriate IMO when posting a video of raising someone else's flag especially that one. ;)

It's not so much being proven right about Russia winning as I think most knew that would happen (although some in here I think genuinely think Ukraine is winning), it's the sad reality that this whole episode never needed to come to this. It's the fact that roughly 2k troops trapped in Mariupol, who aren't being allowed to surrender by their gov't, are about to needlessly die. Same for the cauldroned soldiers stuck in Donbas, who even Britain is urging Zelensky to quickly pull back west to avoid certain encirclement soon and then slaughter...but for whatever reasons one wants to believe, sane rational heads aren't prevailing. It's a slaughter of many lives that could have been prevented by Russia, US, NATO, Ukraine who all share in this blame and shame.

I would describe them as miniscule in comparison to the megaphone of the West who pushes pro-Ukrainian propaganda. I have said since early on in this conflict that Russia is losing the information war BADLY. I think that and the Ukrainian's not deserting seems to be Russia's 2 biggest miscalculations when they started this war.

Curious what Patrick Henry would have to say about it?

Monte posted a false tweet regarding the Moskva and @'ed me. I looked it up and quickly found his post, as most of Monte's posts are, to be terribly incorrect and pictures from another incident entirely (not even from this conflict) to which I responded that his claim was incorrect. So how was I "carrying water about the Moskva"?

Many of the lost generals end up alive. I don't really get into lost generals, lost tanks, etc because there is really no way to verify those things. Do you see me in here posting which Ukraine Generals are killed, which Ukraine tanks are lost each day, how many helicopters are being shotdown by Russia, etc? No, because it is hard to verify but it isn't hard to verify land gains and battles which is what I mostly stick to (along with bigger picture issues). Even in regards to Moskva, the official story still isn't known (Neptune vs fire) but at the end of the day either way it is an embarrassment and blow to Russia.

Again, I have been plenty critical of Russia where I see it warranted, but no, I'm not on the western propaganda side which I think has led to keeping this conflict going much longer than it needed to and thus lead to many unnecessary casualties on both sides.
