The Russians must have a damn General factory that rolls these guys out on a conveyor belt. How can any military sustain the losses of 8 generals in 51 days? If this report is accurate.

Well Russian wheat isn’t going to be available for export this year it seems now is it. But yeah while China does produce considerably more at least this far it isn’t exported.

Edit: actually no I take that back. It clearly is headed to China then.

China's wheat imports are 10X their exports, and they're looking at a poor crop this year. They eat their production. Russia was the world's top exporter of wheat pre-2022.

There are a billion people who live in China so I'm certain most of the wheat they produce likely stays home.

I'm hearing the first town was right on the border and fell without much fight. The Russians rolled into town with an overwhelming force. Set up shop with lots of heavy guns. While that isn't exactly what they are doing, it has to be something similarly as stupid. I just cant fathom these officer losses.

That being said I've noticed that officers in most turd world countries aren't really up to Western standards so they could be a bunch of adidas track suit wearing nimrods who took a entrepreneurship class at The Peoples Friendship Glory to the Motherland State Polytechnic University, Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky Campus.

The Russians appear to care more about that boat than they do casualties or strategy ATP. The vessel must have been carrying some primo caviar from Putin's private stash.

Ukraine is trying to drag the US into another war for their salvation and I can't blame them. If any country needs to be drug into war with Russia, it should be Germany, because they haven't done squat in 75 years to protect themselves. US Military bases all over Germany, they never come close to contributing their fair share and now that Russia is beating on Polands door which is their last defense between them and Russia they decide that maybe they should pony up some money. I'm done with Europe and the "the Americans will save us" with their military crap.

I think it means they brought a whole lot of foot soldiers on, and in, heavy motorized artillery up north. The Donbas region seems to be getting remarkably precise strikes from the skies. Not sure what is going on there, but it was my understanding he was running out of things like that, so we wait...

Since this is from CNN and judging from the rust, I'm guessing this is a future reef boat.

There can be little doubt but that long term western values win out because they are superior and especially people living under restrictions embrace them as an alternative.

Often about the only western 'value' that wins out is consumerism. I'm not so sure that one is superior.

If Russia wants to win they need to step it up. And they're stepping it up. Long term things don't look good for Ukraine. But obviously they've been punching above their weight so far, with some help from the West.
