It's purely based on FPI, which has Texas at 6th laughably.

The West is pretty wonky. Ole Miss and LSU will drop off. I would swap them in order with Arkansas and Miss State.

I don't think USCj goes 9-3, but I wouldn't be shocked if they finished 3rd in the East. They just have to beat UK and Florida, which aren't tall tasks.

Looking at their schedule I think they go 4-4 in league play. At the same time they could go 2-6 if they lose to UK and UF so

I think that makes 3-5 in the SEC the most likely prediction. I think UF still has more talent than USCjr and coaching is a push.
