Lost this game because we swung at bad pitches ever since Tech went to the bullpen.

Some of the worst at bats I’ve seen from the Vols all season. Just awful at bats - chased bad pitch after bad pitch after bad pitch.

It looked like Tony V let them. It’s baseball, teams lose.

I don’t care that we lost one game. I just hate that it was TTU that ended the streak. Feels like they give us more trouble than any other midweek team we play and they always run their mouth. Oh well. Beat Alabama.

They’ll be at home watching us in the tournament. That was their World Series.

saw it coming last week mid week game and most of the weekend. Had some clutch homers but bad at bats. Maybe getting to their heads a little.

At the end of the day they're 18-22 year old kids. This win streak would cause any team to play tighter and tighter I don't care what they say in interviews. Now it's happened and the monkeys off their back just refocus and don't let it transition into the weekend.

I think it’s quite clear the team thought this game would be a cake walk and wasn’t focused.
