College basketball transfer rankings for 2022-23 season
1. Nijel Pack, 6-0, 180 lbs., PG, Soph., Kansas State
A first-team All-Big 12 selection this past season, Pack averaged 17.4 points, 3.8 rebounds and 2.2 assists, while shooting 43.6% from 3-point range. He's an Indianapolis native, leading some to believe Purdue is the favorite, but other schools are involved.
6. Brandon Murray, 6-5, 214 lbs., SG, Fr., LSU
His numbers wouldn't usually indicate one of the most sought-after transfers, but Murray is long, explosive and has only been in college for one season, so there's a high ceiling. Makes plays at both ends of the floor. Averaged 10.0 points and 3.0 rebounds, also making 40 3s. Georgetown might be in the driver's seat.
13. Will Richard, 6-5, 195 lbs., SG, Fr., Belmont
After a stellar freshman season for Belmont, Richard has no shortage of suitors. He averaged 12.1 points and 6.0 rebounds on the season but finished really strong, averaging 14.8 points and shooting 37.5% from 3 in his last five.
33. Tyreke Key, 6-3, 205 lbs., SG, Sr., Indiana State
Key missed the entire season after undergoing shoulder surgery, but he has three years of big-time production to fall back on. He averaged 17.4 points in 2018-19, 15.6 in 2019-20 and 17.2 in 2020-21. Career 37.4% 3-point shooter.
35. Jaelin Llewellyn, 6-2, 185 lbs., PG, Sr., Princeton
A talented guard coming out of high school, Llewellyn has been one of the best guards in the Ivy League. Earned first-team All-Ivy honors after averaging 15.8 points and shooting 39.6% from 3-point range this season.

The NBA drafts off intangibles. BHH just shows hes a competent player hes a first round pick with his athleticism at his size. And Aidoo just needs to stay healthy, he has a nice mid range jumper and is a good rim protector as long as teams arent worried about his knees he will be a late first rounder.
I respectfully disagree with your take on BHH. He’s 6-10” which isn’t anything special in the nba. He’s not shown any great leaping ability so far. His handles aren’t great and 15.4% from 3 along with 59.6% free throws doesn’t scream great shooter. This was in 12.6 minutes per game so the limited sample size isn’t an absolute reflection of who he is or will become. But, there’s nothing special about his height or athleticism that would make him a first rounder without on court production - again JMO.

Aidoo played such limited minutes that there’s nothing much to take away from this season. I do recall when he was recruited the scout’s take on him was he had potential but needed a lot of development which would still be my take away from the limited viewing of him this season.

Quite the list of schools pursuing yet our fans wanna question the take
To be fair, "in contact" doesn't necessarily equal "pursuing", a distinction you've made many times, yourself. But to your point, I think it's clear that Key, if healthy, isn't going to have to beg for a roster spot somewhere, next season.

TBH Id take him in a heartbeat. Guy from Tennessee who can play well. He would definitely be an upgrade over VBjr IMO.

For sure, but even the schools bringing him in on a visit (usually means willing to take him) is pretty solid.
