War in Ukraine

Turns out Ras has been right all along. Makes sense now why Hillary sold Uranium to Russia. Ukraine should have never given up there ability to make their own nukes.

Evidence of war crimes committed by Russia are beyond compelling. Real time videos showing the deliberate killing of civilians, hundreds found murdered in areas just vacated by Russian units.

It's time to call the spade what it is. Putin has to go, he surely knows this. The question is does Russia or Russians have a backbone? They must clean their house or they will suffer for decades.

The assumption here is that Putin directed or dictated war crimes. At this time, this assumption seems unfounded (unless you have seen something I have missed).

Putin is obviously at fault for starting the completely unnecessary war. However, dictating war crimes, particularly the Bucha variety, is a different matter. It could easily have been a military officer in the field.

Doesn't matter, he set the series of events in motion, he's responsible for the sum of their actions.

Edit to add:

There also appears to be more than one unit, separate battlegroups committing war crimes. There may very well be a chain of command issue but he's responsible for that chain.

I understand the sentiment, but he is only responsible for the outcomes reasonably expected by his orders. The Bucha war crimes fall outside of that purview.
I'm not too familiar with international law but it would seem to me he'd have a hard time proving innocence. Mobile crematoriums have been documented by journalists as I understand it. And as attrocoties are revealed and documented they go into full denial, in spite of the evidence. If they aren't acting in good faith as the aggressor here any claim of ignorance is patronizing.

I have 110 employees and six full time managers to deal with them all. Some of them keep saying "careful this person is smart" and I have had to remind them that they aren't smart, they are clever. Its a subtle difference but the reality is if they were smart they'd know to stfu and do their jobs. Instead they try to be clever and game the system and it never works out well for them.

Vast is the chasm between intelligence and wisdom and many who think themselves clever are but more erudite fools.

Mobile crematoriums are not sinister in a war environment.

They lying about war crimes is no doubt reprehensible but not the close to being equivalent to perpetrating or directing war crimes. Big chasm there.

I understand what you are saying but we should be careful not to let a bias interfere with things we already know that have happened in history . I’m just going to leave this here as an example ..

This is what volgr supports. He's propping up the propoganda machine that led it's people to believe this crap. I see very clear, distinct parallels in the attitudes of these Russians to the people of Germany during the Nazi rise to power towards Jews and others.

I remember towards the beginning of the war a link to a video on social media with a woman claiming that the Russian goal was to kill 60% of the population. I was skeptical of that claim at the time and dismissed it. But after seeing this I'm not sure I would dismiss that claim, or at the very least I could see why Ukrainians would believe that given the Russian attitude toward them.

If this is how many, if not most Russians feel then they are a problem for the world that will have to be met sooner or later.

So just to be clear, the same media that pushed lies about COVID, should now just be trusted explicitly? So for over 2 years we have been saying question everything. But now, just accept what’s being reported as true?

I think he was offering to meet in Hungary, where that puppet regime is holding the cpac, but then backed out. I think if he goes to certain countries he is arrested on the spot. Israelis just labelled him a War Criminal (rightfully so). He can fly from one bunker to the next and restock, but eventually the money will run out.

Puppet? whose puppet is Hungry? certainly not ours, nor Russia's and definitely not the EU's. Hungarians seem to be thinking F all these people, what are you doing for Hungary? Very interesting mix of capitalism, protectionism, nationalism and cultural homogeneity.

What media are you taking about, just watch the videos. Apply Occam's Razor.

I'm sure this is in regard to waterboarding and torture. That was reprehensible, but killing innocent civilians, women, children? No one else believes this constitutes war crimes?

They actually committed “ war crimes “ it was way more horrible than just water boarding . I was just pointing out the fact that our Commander and Chief denied any responsibility . So we shouldnt allow a Putin bias to to cloud what is acceptable vs what’s not for our leaders based on our point of view . I could have included Obama’s drone strikes killing innocent civilians just to take out a target but I haven’t picked at the W scab in a while .

Edit : before I get called a Putin lover , I think he’s a killer , a murderer , and a dictator . I’m just saying some of our leaders share or have shared some of those traits also and then denied accountability.

Putin's old KGB buddies were masters at torture, and they taught disciples worldwide the methods. Seems like torture and murder are simply part of the Russian culture - Ivan the Terrible, Stalin, Beria ... The list is long and not distinguished. Old habits die hard.

The Obama/Biden/Clinton Administration Sold Ukraine Uranium to Russia.
The Obama/Biden/Clinton Administration Impeached a guy over a Ukrainian phone call.
The Obama/Biden/Clinton started a war to cover up the payments.

Yep. Hard to call someone a war criminal without bringing our former presidents into the convo.

And yet people will believe this still...I think a large portion of the world population really wants to believe they are in on some big secret that only a "few" know about and the majority is wrong. The intense deflection from the Russian government and their western sock puppet supporters exudes bullsh!t.

Mocked as ‘Rubble’ by Biden, Russia’s Ruble Comes Roaring Back

"Things looked dire enough that U.S. President Joe Biden said the ruble had been reduced to “rubble.”
Now, though, it sure hasn’t. The ruble has surged all the way back to where it was before Putin invaded Ukraine, extending its recent rally to trade as strong as 74.2625 per dollar in early Moscow trade on Thursday."

I bet they are relieved that one ruble is back to being the equivalent of $0.013. In rubles I have the annual income of a multi-millionaire! ₽14,158,894.

TL/dR: Its still rubble.
