Do you follow the team at all? Ha. They play hard AF and I wouldn’t say they “disrespect the game” but basically every single thing they do is “disrespectful” to the opponent. It’s pretty easy to see how they’re extraordinarily unlikeable. I can’t believe ol Corbs crying to the media about it tho.I still don’t get it. How has Tennessee disrespected the game?

Literally happens in every sport is my point. I don’t get all the “disrespect” because it’s what happens in sports. Just beat us if you want it to stop. Until then, have some.Do you follow the team at all? Ha. They play hard AF and I wouldn’t say they “disrespect the game” but basically every single thing they do is “disrespectful” to the opponent. The way they, and specifically Vitello, act is not what “happens in sports”Literally happens in every sport is my point. I don’t get all the “disrespect” because it’s what happens in sports. Just beat us if you want it to stop. Until then, have some.
75% of the perceived disrespect is purely because Tennessee is a "new kid on the block" team. Other clubs almost always have negative and condescending opinions about those teams, even if they play nice. Old money and new money rarely get along. The way they, and specifically Vitello, act is not what “happens in sports”
They play with a serious edge. It has a hand in what makes them so good but their behavior is not normal.
Lol yes. I dont have a problem with it at all, but it’s definitely American legion stuff lol. Which is why it has guys like Corbin and the Arky coach up in arms, and praying for them to fail so badly.75% of the perceived disrespect is purely because Tennessee is a "new kid on the block" team. Are opposing clubs really that mad about Daddy hats, pimp coats, celebrating, etc.? I don't deny that Tennessee plays with an edge, but are they doing anything beyond the pale?
I'm not shocked they are considered bad guys - I'm just saying most of the reason they are considered bad guys is because they are winning. They'd still get some hate if they acted like choir boys.75% of you guys bitch when Bryce Harper stares at a ball an extra second and want him hit and you guys act surprised Tennessee is considered the bad guys![]()
I don’t agree but posting the same thing 4 times is definitely going to get me to agree.75% of the perceived disrespect is purely because Tennessee is a "new kid on the block" team. They don't like it because Tennessee used to be a whipping boy and now they are doing some whipping themselves. Arkansas in particular hates it because TV was supposedly pulling in most of their good players when he was there, and now they seem him doing it at another school.
If Tennessee carried themselves this way and we were mediocre, we'd just get laughed at. It only makes people mad when you're good.
