War in Ukraine

No no no the classic Russian army redeployment is to always leave your rucksack, body armor, and weapon behind so as to speed up your redeployment
Its like they took a page out of the Air Force's "Tactical Withdrawal Field Book". Its pretty small and basically consists of running away, abandoning all your sh!t, and making sure you maximize your taxi cab receipts on your travel voucher.

MSNBC’s Ali Velshi Calls for NATO “Direct Military Involvement” in Ukraine After Russia Accused of Massacre of Civilians in Bucha

Give him an AR

Is this the genesis of your beliefs that makes you float such logically bankrupt arguments?

A patriotic and altruistic belief that American and its allies are the real monsters for supporting a country that should have rolled over and let Russia rape it without lube?

Fascinating how your mind "works."

This is the meatgrinder that your boy pootin is sending unprepared kids into.

VERY NSFW

I enjoy these exchanges when it's not me pissed off.

Always keep your sense of humor intact and never take it personally here - at least that's how I try to look at it. I do wish Ras would back off on this topic; he's often right in others, but this incessant need to portray US actions as wrong has bent him.

Most have no concept of what the F-35 does.

The F-35 probably does a lot of really neat stuff; but the availability rate barely hits 60%, and that's not operating out of improvised areas during a real conflict with problematic logistics. The other issue is will the gloves stay off or will politicians (both military and civilian) do stupid stuff that limits how the F-35 operates. For all the technology, it's still a jack of all trades and likely a master of none, and insanely expensive to maintain and replace. Time will tell.

If true, those responsible should be held to account. However, at this time, I have serious doubts.
No mention of atrocities until the Azov Battalion show up? Interesting...

Bucha liberated from Russian invaders – mayor
"March 31 will go down in the history of our Bucha community as the Day of Liberation. The liberation by our Armed Forces of Ukraine from Russian orcs, from Russian occupiers. So today, I state that this day is joyful. Joyful and this is a great victory in Kyiv region! And we will definitely wait so that there is a great victory all over Ukraine," Fedoruk said.

Assad gassed his own people, everyone knew it, everyone got to rage spiral...until we later found out, he didnt.

I'll keep my rage powder dry until more time and more details emerge. It would be totally inconsistent with how Russia has engaged Ukraine. There is no benefit to them in doing this. Maybe it was a few rogue soldiers or a rogue unit but it has all the markings of a false flag at this point.

It is disturbing that with all the Ukrainian tractors and other equipment they didn't dig better trenches, or was this place contested at the time?
Bucha was occupied by the Russians until end of March when they pulled back with the rest of the retreat (yes, Volgr and Ras… RETREAT 🤡) from the Kiev metropolitan area.

Yeah, this "whatabout" nonsense allows you guys to dodge subjects and throw a yellow flag, rather than address the topic.

Clever cop out tactic.

I understand.
Not whataboutism to keep the topic on the subject of the thread. You are the one constantly bringing up non Ukrainian issues in a thread about Ukraine.

You want to complain about our government we have threads for that.
You want to complain about Syria we had at least two threads for that.
You want to complain about Globalism wr have a thread for that.

This is about Ukraine. Anything not about Ukraine vs Russia is whataboutism in this thread. Anything about Ukraine vs Russia can not be whataboutism in this thread.

Your opinion reflects your hypocrisy. Russia is behaving no differently than how the US would respond under similar circumstances with a bordering country.

But again, America = good, Russia = evil.

As long as you all work off of that premise and don't acknowledge that we live in a complex world, then you will continue to be dragged by the nose towards an eventual world war that could end up into nuclear annihilation.
I work off of this premise:
Not invading sovereign countries and committing war crimes = good
Invading sovereign countries and committing war crimes = bad

You tend to overcomplicate it in your attempt to support your biases.
