Now, I've dealt with righties (and leftists for that matter) and know that among you (and them) there are a faction that can't and/or refuse to either acknowledge or accept anything contrary to their own myths, I mean alternate facts. Therefore, any efforts to have an honest discourse with them is futile, and not worth the time. Meanwhile, by all means:

All sources refute your sensationalized claims. Again, if you want to claim that a bat and pepper spray constitute weapons then this protest was one of the more peaceful ones of the past few years.

I'm in no way defending what Russia is doing because Russia is the aggressor but I think the best thing is to evaluate the citizens. Otherwise, not only could they be in harms way they would start pulling out guns. You can see how this gets messier. Russia already has heard citizens will take up arms. Just thinking in realistic terms.

This is also why a govt shouldnt mass arm civilians, instruct civilians to attack military forces with molotov cocktails or other homemade devices, encourage citizens to fire at military forces from their residence, etc. All of which Ukraine did at the start of the war.
