Yep. Forearm tightness is extremely common but when it lingers longer than 2-3 days then the outcome is almost always bad.

Happens every single year. Everybody looks at their roster and plays fantasy baseball in their mind. If there’s ever a franchise that has to be in the “Show me” category, it’s the Mets.

It's not that bad +140 Mets +150 Braves I was just shocked at how we weren't favored.

Do you ever listen to David Samson's podcast? I think he's a pretty dubious source, but he has told some very interesting stories about the Rockies.
