Yep. For me, having had two spinal fusions and not wanting to take pain meds, it's a godsend. This little pill kept me from having back surgery a few years ago. Bulging disk between L4 and L5 was touching a nerve and I couldn't stand or walk because of the pain. I was pretty much crawling around the house on my hands and knees. I was taking 1000 mg of Ibuprofen a day and it wasn't doing me any good and my doctor told me to get off Ibuprofen and take Meloxicam 15mg daily until my surgery in 4 weeks.
Long story short---three weeks after taking Meloxicam, I walked into my doctor's office and told him I didn't have any pain and I wanted to cancel my back surgery. He ran some tests and told me I was good to go and call him if the pain returned. That was over three years ago, and I haven't missed a beat---playing golf four times a week and pain free. I'd marry that little pill if my wife would give me a divorce![]()
I don't recall who mentioned there was an Octordle. I only do it on the weekends, but here you go. Read 'em and weep.
Stupid copy/paste did not work right. I still won, don't care if you believe me or not.
