I feel like we will get at least 1 if not 2 CBS from the portal and should fill out gaps there. Get a DE and I think we are solid and have depth in all 3 levels

It’s hilarious that Bama and Georgia is wailing over this NIL deal. Saban is crying wanting it regulated and Georgia is all about building relationships, which tells me their NIL program sucks. The truth is they’ve bought players for years, NIL is leveling the playing field and they don’t like it. I hope both programs tank

Bob’s Steak & Chop House is definitely one of my favorite. The one in Grapevine calls to me… I will have to try the steakhouse in ponder. Have not heard of it. Will look it up for sure. Thanks!

Wasn’t that impressed with the Bob’s in Plano. Over-priced mediocre food. It has been many moons since I hit the steakhouse in Ponder. I recall it being pretty good.

Have you tried Perry’s? Their pork chop is to die for. Seven fingers thick. Go on Sunday nights as the have a special.

A friend had their tomahawk steak at Perry’s and loved it.

I don’t usually have steak when eating out. Hard to beat a freshly grilled steak at home.

Birds have memories of those that get close. If you get too close to their nest they will not only attack you to get you to leave but will also attack you next time they see you even if you're not too close. When you get the warning from them, your best move is to get away at once. Find another route. Once they've marked you as a threat you're marked by them for life (or at least for a very long time).

And on that note, last time we were at UT Hospital I got too close to a nest and got dive bombed. I didn't heed the above advice because I didn't see it until it was too late.

I think we will, and have, gotten a lot of mercenaries over the years. But I also think a lot of them leave caring about Rocky Top.

House goes on the market next week. This was built in 2018. Wife just noticed wet spot on our down stairs ceiling. Its directly above our shower. Should i say YOLO and paint over the wet spots and not fix the issue? Suggestions would be helpful
