That website is hilariously sad tho.

This lil man right here is rated a 1* dual threat QB...5' 82 lbs...10 years old....why?? šŸ˜…

No he didn’t. Swain said it’s a risk. He isn’t proven. His worry is you got a young group of WR that you need to develop for long term and felt you needed a veteran in the room. He is skeptical and has to see it to believe it. De1 just jumps to conclusions and says everyone at TN is trash because his boy Morrow wants him too since he is his cashncow
ā€œJust not a big boy hire!ā€ ā€œI’m not impressed with this one.ā€ I think you softsoaped it.

Is that a good thing? Seems...big big
The kid is aggressive as hell, go back and watch his limited reps. He hits you, he drives you backwards. Him versus the backs from UGA/Bama, they won't bounce off of him. It's a great thing that he's 300lbs, will be a upgrade to Blakely/Tremblay.

I think that's the point though, him replacing Blakely/Tremblay would make him a DL, probably an interior one at that. Not a 300lb LB.

I'll have to see it to believe it at that size. His movement has to be impaired and his speed and twitch would most likely be limited. He might hit someone hard, but he can't if they just run around him as a linebacker.

So because Belmont misses 2 FTs we shouldn't get credit for the win? That's pretty much what you're saying.

It's not unusual at all for a team to win because of something the other team didn't do, especially at this time of the year. That's how team sports work.

Actually just an observation they squeaked out a win at home against a much lower seed with far less talent. I already posted a survive and advance last night.

Would you agree they need to play better against a higher seed on the road in the next game?

He's playing the same position he played a year ago, which was hands in the dirt run stopping end. Whatever position they list him at is irrelevant

He is right…. It’s not a big boy hire….if we had a chance to get the Rodney garner version of wide receiver coach….. compared to coach yac and the Georgia tech coach…. I would take my chances with pope being a really good receivers coach.

I wasn’t a fan of bringing YAC back. Not my narrative. I thought Pope pretty early. Agree there really wasn’t a home run named as a possibility.

It is the eVOLution of wbb as the talent becomes more spread out. Baylor (who has had more tournament success recently) lost to a 12 seed at home, LSU and Iowa both lost at home to lower seeds (Iowa to 10 seed) and UConn struggled last night to beat a 7th seed. Not just limited to Lady Vols.

I'm sure HookerToTillman will only have to run go routes all spring. Would be a great time to try Holiday at corner unless you plan on putting the ball in his hands this season. Which by the way wouldn't be a bad idea from watching him almost house a couple kickoffs in limited opportunities.
It seems like the Jimmies are just looking for a way out instead of trying to actually get better and earn a spot. All I ever hear about them is they are rumored to be wanting to leave...it is getting on my nerves.

Personally I like the Pope hire, mainly because I feel like this offense works best when everyone is of the same focus/mindset. Cause you need all the moving pieces to really "get it" otherwise you'll have issues.

Pope was here all last season and has coached WRs before, already knows the players and recruits. Worth giving him a shot why bring in a name you potentially have to teach how you want WRs coached for this offense when Pope already knows?

Spring 22 roster is finally posted at UTSports.com.

Finally have confirmation that Aubrey Solomon is no longer on the roster.
Also confirmation that Latrell Bumphus IS on the roster

EDIT: New 22 signees are still listed on a separate page. Not sure why they haven't included the EE's on the 22 spring roster
Pretty wild that for Aubrey Solomon, the best DL coach in college football shows up to develop him and he’s like, ā€œNaw… don’t think I want to try anymore.ā€
