Just start with the definitions. Go from there. Gender is not the same concept as biological sex. Anymore than sex and sexuality are the same...male isn't straight...gay, bi, asexual, etc. That's a starting point to understanding at least. I know I was behind at one point too. Us oldheads didn't think past things...lots of conflating concepts that were actually different because we were never confronted with nuanced situations. There's a curve for sure. I get it

I'm 41 years old. There is male and female. Those are the two genders/sexes. Everything else is a persons preferred form of sexual intercourse. A straight male is just as male as a gay, bi, or whatever. They are all males. Same with females. Who you prefer to engage in sexual intercourse with dors not change your gender. Neither does changing your sexual orfans and taking hormone therapy. If a person was killed in a fire and was marred beyond recognition, and they did a genetic test on them they would either be male or female and it would be whatever they were born as. Sorry but your argument holds zero water.
