Lunardi, the more he talks...

He must have got tipped off from the committee Friday night that, aside from a couple of contingencies, the top 4 seed lines were set. My guess is Kentucky-Baylor might have swapped if Kentucky won the SEC, and Purdue-Villanova might have swapped based on their tourney finishes. They probably locked Duke on the 2 line once they made the ACC final, for Duke/K reasons.

That would explain why he was saying Kentucky could be a one, then turned on a dime after we won the game and started preaching that the tourney results weren’t going to matter. Also explains why he keeps bringing up Villanova in reference to our griping, because they were actually the 2 seed whose spot wasn’t locked in.

Only thing this doesn’t account for is why Wisconsin was ahead of us. What a head-scratcher that is.

I definitely think it’ll slow down/flatten out, but I don’t foresee “crashing” like everyone is saying. It’ll slow when rates rise, but over 30% of home purchases right now are cash.

I knew the Braves would screw up with Freeman. It's just the Braves thing to do. Not that Olson is bad, but I really wanted Freddie to be a lifelong Brave. This sucks.

The Braves didn't screw it up with Freeman though imo. I understand the sentiment, he's my favorite player in baseball...but this will likely end up being the right move for the club and Olsen is going to RAKE in Truist Park.

...that doesn't take away the pain though :'(
