Anything can happen. Right?
There’s only 2 teams in our path to the Elite 8 that have a defense, Loyola (#22) and Villanova (#28). We have the 3rd best defense in the entire tournament.. The next best defense other than these three in our bracket to the E8 is Colorado State at #83. Michigan stunk it up against Q1 teams though CSU didn't have any more Q1 wins than the Wolverines. Michigan's schedule has been far and away tougher than CSU. jmo.
You never know but it looks to me like we've got a good shot (on paper) no matter the opponent. jmo.

Agree totally! I think they couldn’t stomach the idea of 3 SEC schools at #2. Sankey should be fired for how badly this played out - or maybe he did his best and the lack of SEC representation on the committee is what caused this. Wonder if there’s a bit of a backlash because SEC is so dominant in football?
What gives you the most confidence that we are getting nico?Guys, we're going to land Nico. We're going to pay him over 2 million a year. Be excited about it.
So many of y'all are posting "oh no, what if he's a bust?!" Yes, there is going to be times when we pay players big money and they don't pan out. It happens in professional sports every single year. It will happen here. Who cares? At least we're giving ourselves a shot at the best players in the country every single year. Some will bust, most won't.
All the smoke points to it. I've already listed the reason why that athletic article absolutely is referring to Nico. AP has been dropping hints. There's a guy on VQ who is clearly connected to Spyre. He is at 100% when he speaks about Spyre/NIL. He's dropping major hints that it's coming this week. It's happening. What gives you the most confidence that we are getting nico?

Other than the loss at Rupp where Ky shot lights out the whole game we really didn’t have that bad of losses.all of our losses were to quad 1 teams, some in overtime.. That's what I was saying-- why should we play that hard schedule if you get penalized for it?
