The Official #9 Tennessee vs. #5 Kentucky Game Thread, 3:30 PM ET, ESPN

Anybody seen anything on using TENS units on muscular and ligament strains and damage???
I'm curious as to the efficacy of electrical stimulation. Working the area with stimulation to increase blood flow and keep the area passively "active."
I am wondering if there is healing or damage???
In advance, thanks to anyone who contributes to my education and learning.
Usually TENS units are used for pain management. But I’m sure there are minor benefits for tissue healing since the electrical impulses stimulate blood circulation. Usually you would use a different a different type of electrical stimulation, like high voltage pulsed current (HVPC), for tissue healing. There’s a lot of studies out there on it. I don’t have time to read it right now but just kind of skimmed through this one:

We have to win today. This will be the best chance we have, especially since Arkansas is getting whooped right now.

Dude, winning builds confidence and momentum. Give 110% today.
Yeah, I'm just thinking of the Grant and Admiral year where it caught up to them and Kyle got hurt. More games means more risk of injury...
