On the football side, the goobers don't understand that Matt Ryan isn't actually making $48 million and the cap hit is a result of all the money he's been deferring to help sign other players.

On the baseball side, people just see a large revenue number and think they ought to give Freddie Freeman a blank check and that he'll hit in his late 30s like Barry Bonds.

I think people know in his late 30s Freddie won't be hitting well, but they love him and we're coming off a WS so they don't care. They'll care in 5-6 years when Freddie isn't hitting and the team is payroll constrained because of that contract, and they'll screech "Why did they sign him to that contract???" as though 5 years prior they weren't screeching for the team to sign him to that contract.

It'll definitely do that. I think they are nicer than a Tesla (they are quite plain IMO).

Honestly Ford is killing it IMO. The F150 is super nice. The Bronco is a hit and they've stopped taking orders on Maverick's

I just drove the Route 1. Similar interior space wise to my wife’s MKX. Order lead time is 20+ weeks which is insane but the exterior color of this one wouldn’t be my first choice.

Not surprising with the current conditions. Even for "normal" gas vehicles, it's gotten crazy
