War in Ukraine

And yet… during his leadership the economy was soaring, we had our own fuel pipeline, and nothing like this happened. Yeah, take your Trump criticisms elsewhere. You want to criticize, then criticize the incompetent dementia patient currently in the White House who is destroying this country and allowing disaster around the world

I could argue that most 'president's economy's' are as much as a result of what their predecessors left them with as their own involvement. Don't be so naïve as to try and pretend the these administrations operate in vacuums, it's a low IQ move.

Biden was left with an economy in tatters as a result of Covid and inflation based on years of reckless government spending. Trump wasn't some shrewd business man who's actions turned the tide the day he was inaugurated. He made some de-regulatory moves that boosted an economy that was out of the ditch and already gaining momentum. I can't imagine how it must feel to view everything as black and white as you must, I pity you.

And to think Trump is so weak that he knowingly threw away his chance at a second term and his ability to help the country avoid all of those things because he couldn't resist tweeting like a spoiled and insecure little girl.

Sad
That's more an indictment on the Biden voters that they valued tweets over results and policy. Weird flex

Trump very literally was the republican party's first choice. You can tell by the way he won the primary.

Many of you still believe he's a great leader. He's not, he's a carnival barker that fell forward.

You have a terrible memory. Trump was the popular choice, not the party establishment.

But on the bright side, we're overrun with Marxists now. Thanks for your protest vote.

I don’t have Twitter so don’t follow anyone. But yeah man, attack the source! Because no way that video and news reports of them arming civilians are real. Yikes

Jack Posobeic is the source, I simply can't believe he hasn't been banned from twitter after all the sh*t he's made up. He was the pizzagate nerd.

The Germans rolled through the Russians like **** through a Goose until they overextended their supply lines and Hitler started making the decisions.
Germany made the mistake of starting the invasion at the wrong time of year ( end of June). once they extended the supply lines the cold and snow really did them in.

LOL, your attempt at distinction makes no difference. He was the party choice, own it.

You're simply wrong and I think he turned out to be a damned effective president, warts and all; what's there to own?

As I appended above, the silver lining is that we're now overrun with Marxists. Thanks for the protest vote.

Germany took on too many people, that was their problem. By 1941-1942, they were fighting multiple fronts. Most of their air force was trying to stop raids on Germany, they had significant troops in the Mediterranean, in occupation zones (such as 300k troops in Norway alone), and were still trying to fight a very vast supply line in Russia.

In the end, Germany just did not have a strong ally and fought too many people. Italy was very underwhelming as an Ally and the other Axis members (Bulgaria, Hungary, Romania, and Finland) were too small and had limited scope involvement (for example Finland only agreed to take and fight over the lands the USSR had annexed from them in the Winter War and would not go fight the USSR anywhere else).
Decisions made by hitler.

And they ran out of oil. It was really the oil. Thats why they tried to punch through Stalingrad, so that they could have a stranglehold hold on the oil producing regions. If they didn’t have to deal with us bombing them to death plus diverting so many men and resources to deal with us they’d probably have beat the Russians.

reports out of the uk are saying the Ukrainians and "others" are hitting Russia back. They took out an air field and a bridge in russia.

You can revise history on your time, just be sure to carve out a little to keep defending trumps one sided bromance with Putin.

He's garbage, do yourself a favor and move on.

Joe sucks but Trump is an idiot and so are the people that still support him.

Raise your bar.

I wish idiots who hate all politicians could offer a realistic alternative. I guess it’s easy to just complain about everything and not have to offer a solution to anything. That said there’s no denying Trump’s policies are infinitely better than the last two dims regardless of his tweets. Not pandering to every ridiculous thing regarding the pc crowd was also a plus.

I don't know how you can't separate "praise" and "observation"..I am not a Trump worshipper, and I wish he would go away, but I understand the arguments made against you on this.

Trump didn't say "Hey...this is great that Putin is overrunning the Ukraine and killing all these people, look how great he is"

In essence he observed, "If you're gonna do it, this was the smart way to do it"

I don't like Trump, but you're going overboard. Why don't you take issue with all the idiotic 💩 the actual current POTUS says?
You can call Trump's words his own personal observation if you like, but you still have a former American President praising the stated justification from an authoritarian ruler for an unprovoked attack on an American ally. If Trump wanted to be critical of the Biden administration? Great. Have at it. Trump did not have to praise Putin in order to be critical of Biden and Harris. It was inappropriate and weird coming from a former President.

If by great you mean booming economy, stock market up, gas prices down, housing market soaring, job creation. Just as a reminder, the current President ran on 5-12 years of safety for a trusted vaccine. Trump gave you 3 vaccines in 10 months. If you have the vaccine, you’re welcome for electing a President that created that cut through the red tape norm the left is so used to. He wasn’t great, no President is. But life was easier when the worse part of your day was a Tweet.

So, could the US stand up on a 2 front war at the moment? I could see that happening in a couple months if China does go into Taiwan.
I think in that situation we could. Taiwan is an Air, naval battle. Russia is a land, Air battle.

Our air is our strongest aspect, and the most important in modern wars. Holding the air above/around Taiwan would keep that a stalemate.

Talk about black and white - the economy was not in tatters. the recovery was well underway as evidenced by the rebound in GDP. Same for employment. The stock market had already recovered and was continuing to climb.

You mean like voting third party?

Try it, it's not that hard. Tell your friend.

Change starts with you.

Such a lie nothing about justification

He did not praise the invasion or justification but the tactic
