I think kids that grow up and fail in life should be able to sue the school district(s) that had the responsibility to educate them.

If you like this then I hope parents start suing schoolteachers and the administrators that allow students to pass through school without achieving the required standards on reading, math, and science. I bet you are not ready for that type of responsibility are you?

No that would be too late , if the courts allowed parents to sue based on teacher producing a bad product, their wouldnt be a public school in the country left with any funding . Pandoras Box would have the lid ripped off it .

Then start the push from the inside. You are way more responsible for a child's outcome than some manufacturer is when a person using their product improperly. What are you waiting for? It’s no different than trying to make a gun mfg. liable for someone shooting someone else and being sued for it . Actually you could make a better case since teachers are responsible for instilling knowledge into our kids everyday . My assertion is that school and teachers are more closely related to how someone turns out than a firearms company is . You already agree that everyone is responsible for everyone else to a degree , time spent with kids training them everyday logically increases the teachers and schools responsibility even more .
