‘23 CA QB Nicholaus Iamaleava (Tennessee)

Nico is the better prospect and has mobility. I get it the Manning name and all. But I really believe this kid will end uo the better QB. The Manning tree is outstanding but he hasnt played well against equal or better talent. ALL in on the Kid from Cali

All in on any player at any position is foolish. What surprises me is that Manning is waiting until fall? The QB dominoes begin falling in the spring. Gonna be interesting to see who is willing to wait that long. I know he's not considering us and for that, I'm grateful. I just couldn't justify waiting that long to secure the QB for the class. Right now I'd have my top 4-5 QBs identified and I'd accept the commitment of the first one in the boat. Personally, I'd be more focused on getting a guy who can play right away from the transfer portal.

That wasn’t what AP said. AP said Arch is waiting until the fall to decide so AP wonders what UGA and Bama would do if Nico wanted to commit early. Not arch waiting to see.

This is correct. The point is, both Bama and UGA have Arch #1 and at least for now are willing to wait on him before going all in on/being willing to take anyone else's commitment. Therefore, while we're going all in on Nico, they are not. Ergo, the longer Arch waits, the longer there is a clear distinction between whose making Nico a priority (UT) and who isn't (everyone else but Oregon).

I fully believe I am Iron Man.

I have no real foundation within reality to base that belief, but I believe it with all my heart. I am Iron Man.

Now we can both **** in one hand and believe in the other and see which one fills up first.

Well, in today's society we apparently have to humor you. How should we address you?

Iron? Mr. Man? Man of Iron? Or will just Iron Man do?

I wonder if Arch is holding off because of the portal. He could commit and then have his team bring in a really good sophomore or junior qb that is ready to start for a couple years.

Why would he want that? At his level I’m sure his goal is to be the clear starter by the middle of his true freshman season at the worst.

The places he is choosing from have a stacked QB roster aside from Ole Miss, unless he is the second coming of his uncles I doubt he will start anytime during his freshman year but I’ve been wrong before

He probably will start if he signs with Bama. He definitely won’t start at Ga. Kirby has a walk-in from Waycross that he wants to play.

At this stage I'd say Kirby's word ain't worth much, especially when your talking about the QB position.Hes mishandled that a few times, and rubbed a few wrong.Just saying if I'm Nico or Arch for that matter,I don't wanna end up like Daniels or the others getting lost in the wash cause u get a hard on for some feel good story.

Stetson was and is a anomaly, a qb who can run out of the pocket and make something out of nothing was exactly what they needed with their dominant defense this last year. They have a bunch of pro style QBs waiting in the wings who don’t have that same ability with their legs

He'll be an EE and he definitely isn't signing on for any two year plans. At Texas he'd have Ewers in his third season to either beat out or wait out a season...nothing else screaming "stacked". UGA will be first season post Bennett and at Bama it'll be post Young and best man wins with Ty Simpson. Don't see any STACKED QB situations.

Im talking 5 stars on the bench…

I mean I actually think it's smart to let a QB do as little as possible, run the ball and play tuff defense.Sometimes ur not gonna be able to imploy that method, just facts but for the most part it's a winning receipe.Advoid the crucial interceptions,do just enuff to win the game. Its not a popularity contest or who can throw it over the mountain, just tryin to get out with the W.
