It’s all subjective. Ironically, I had time today and viewed the virtual tours of our football facility and a couple of other sports facilities. The Anderson Training Center has to be at least 10 years old, and it was state of the art when it was built. It’s still phenomenal, but many that are listed ahead of us are newer.
