Decided to end my PRN stretch to go back full time. Picked up a new pediatric case that has tetralogy of fallot. Going to be a very tough case mentally and emotionally. But feel like this is why I became a peds nurse, take on these hard cases

What pissed me off even more than Schefter was another reporter on Twitter (can't remember who) said something to the effect of "Man, these athletes sure do want to control the narrative." I mean, yeah, when the "narrative" is your own freaking retirement I'd say they'd like to be the one announcing it. Good grief.

Brady also might want to check his seals; I think he has a leak.
