It's been way too long since we had this. I like Hype's chances of building it in a Dabo style, slow and steady with continuity. Everyone pulling in one direction and enjoying being here because they want to.

I understand the thought process, but Fulmer was bashed for doing this same thing. Seems every year he was hounded about being too loyal to his assistants. I guess you can't have it both ways.

He was on their list when they hired Harbaugh but they never needed to go beyond their guy. That was when stoops was just 1 year in at KY. He has strong recruiting ties to Midwest and Michigan/Ohio areas.
