In always a skeptical of the OC or DC who is second fiddle to the HC for play calling and one who has arguably the best QB ever, but people speak really highly of him.He needs to be offensive coordinator where he calls the plays…. That and his history really hinders him to get a head job.
I have no idea why teams hire who they do….. most hires make no sense. In always a skeptical of the OC or DC who is second fiddle to the HC for play calling and one who has arguably the best QB ever, but people speak really highly of him.
Somewhat related, I love when people like the Bills OC ride an elite QB to a HC promotion. Why do owners and ADs think coordinators with the best of the best offensive personnel can 1) be a good HC since OC and HC are totally different jobs and 2) replicate even the offensive success with a far worse QB/OL/supporting cast?
