Generic Republican I am sure kicks Biden's ass. If accurate, and I agree it's a if, it shouldn't be that surprising. It's how Biden got elected in the first place. At some point the GOP may need to accept that the populace has no interest in Trump or Trump lite. Even if it means 4 more years of Mr. Potato Head.

Biden will not run in '24, but if the opponent is Trump, it makes no difference who the dems run.

If the Dems run someone further left of Biden Trump can win again. Dems problem is you don't see that the majority of America is very actively telling you to to F off with that nonsense. GoP problem is they believe in Trump. It's why you are about to get dragged in the midterms. It's also why your girl Stacey is losing to both GOP folks.

It's the middle ten you have to worry about. The "undecided moderates." They decide every National election. College loan forgiveness, nominate people based on race and sex, increased taxation, CRT (which is being grossly over blown), and primarily defund police are killing the Dems. The middle ten has zero interest in it. It's why the Dems are going to get wrecked here if something doesn't change for them.

I agree it's the middle 10%.
There are things that can and should be done about the student loan crises. I think the vast majority would agree.
Hiring based on race and sex is a non issue, red herring - it will stir up a small percentage of white men
Dems aren't raising taxes.
CRT is being grossly overblown - hopefully most in that middle 10% are smart enough to see through that.
Same with defunding the police - it's a non-issue.

Yep. Been saying that since 2016. What is best is when the moron vote splits 50/50.
Trump had the strategy of winning the moron vote and it worked perfectly..
I think he won the moron vote 80/20 in 2016.
He only won the moron vote 60/40 in 2020.
Let's all hope to get back to that 50/50 split in 2024.

Good post. This is also why the dems lost seats in the house during the last presidential election even though Trump lost. Trump turns off a lot of middle of the road voters, but so do many on the Democratic side.
