He and Z were the only ones who were hitting--and Victor Bailey, for that crucial shot. Z has become our best point guard, love Chandler but he's disappeared lately.

I hate to say it, but Checkerboard is right-- if and butts and nuts, but if dude hadn't fouled at the end of the half, and the missed free throws--we should have won the thing.

Don’t blame JJJ for taking that final 3 but would have rather see him pass it to a wide open Vescovi in the corner

The last of that game showed exactly how this team should be playing and pressing the issue. They are thinking too much and not creating on O like they should. The energy and abandon they played with in that last 5 minutes or so should be what they try to do throughout each game.

Not playing that way is causing the horrible first halves and slumps with no points.

Lots of things resulted in a poor performance today and potentially cost us the win. And none of those things was JJJ (he really didn't commit a foul at the end, I think it was a make-up call).

Texas's game plan was clearly to shut down Vescovi. And they did that very well. He couldn't get anything going, and missed really the only open look he had all night at the end.

We were fairing well in the first half without Vescovi being effective - because our bigs were getting rebounds and scoring. ONk disappeared in the second half. He would also put himself in great position to score but would finish poorly at the rim.

Fulky... I have no idea what is going on with him. He's not been the inside presence this team desperately needs. He hasn't been right since having Covid, and now I'm beginning to wonder if he's burning out at this point. I hope he's got another wind in him to emerge at the right time for the postseason. As with many games this season... had we had a consistent presence in the paint I think we'd have had a different scoreline.

JJJ got the ball with 3 seconds, he had enough time for a pass to vescovi right beside him. But obviously with time running down he’s not looking to pass

ZZ is better than Chandler at this point and should be the starter going forward.

Chandler wasn't on the floor on the last possession was he? Saw ZZ, JJJ, Veso, and OK and think Victor B II was the fifth.
