I did that once and mostly hit crap as I was scraping the bottom of the barrel in the mid 90s. I did get one gem though. Poe’s album, Haunted, is outstanding.Never seen ACDC or VH..well many..
Nugent had such high treble..
At 15 I ordered 10 albums for like a dollar..plus 2 extra thru Columbia record club..That day those 12 albums showed up it was glorious...Back in Black was my intro. I think I ordered 2 more albums and dropped out and got the letter or something..lol. Sue me you SOB's...Im 15 and let me see how much change I got..lol
Heck I am going to listen to some of those early tunes again. Probably like them better now than I did then....Free for all
But hey cat lady @evillawyer lets talk again about that 6.9% quarterly growth coming out of a shut down country and just set to run the table
Inflation is surging out of control due to ongoing reckless federal fiscal and monetary policy. The Bureau of Labor Statistics recently announced that consumer prices rose by 7% in 2021, a 40-year high. It also reported that producer prices rose by a record of nearly 10%. This high inflation has resulted in falling real wages for ordinary Americans and declining living standards. A new analysis by the Penn Wharton Budget Model concludes surging inflation will cost ordinary American households $3,500 this year. Call it “the Biden pay cut.

It's also a result of massive inflation that we haven't seen in about 40 years. The inflation rate being higher than the GDP growth rate is NEVER good, and it's even worse when you consider that the GDP growth rate is being measured against a year in which the economy was shut down.
That looks like the dem plan to salvage the midterm elections. In fact, it was almost the only play in the book short of some kind of manufactured 9/11 event to freeze things. They will sell their congressional candidates as must have to save the vile republicans from blocking a lib or worse forcing a moderate (extreme right to libs) for the SC.
Just when you think the dem's have run out of racial plays they find a way to up the game on race baiting. This is the only play they have left for now short of starting a race war which they were willing to do for the 2020 election. It's hard for them to pull that one while they are in charge. It would backfire. This play though is insidious.
We get these racial protests in the city I'm in, where the council is majority black, the mayor is black, the sheriff is black, the police chief is black, the schools superintendent is black, and on and on and on. It's very weird.Don't bet on it. Somehow they've "convinced" themselves and their followers that all Reps are racist even though 90%+ of the racial tension is coming from Democratically controlled cities (Minn, LA, SF, Seattle, Portland, Chicago, ATL, NYC, etc.)...but it's the Republicans fault!?
