"Corrected"? Are you out of your freaking mind? I don't pull for the team because of the names on the jerseys, and I never have, I pull for the Tennessee Volunteers.

If we dropped out of major CFB and played only true amateurs...I would still be a Volunteer.

This crap is a disaster, or a "correction"...especially for Tennessee right now.

Apparently cobwebs are the way to go. When my dad was a kid, he dang near cut his finger off. Cut through the tendon and everything. His mom wrapped it in cobwebs. It eventually healed, but he never could bend that finger again.

He is good but those teams have extremely better LBs than Banks. He will have to drop down...

I only ignore obvious negatrolls, and those that bring up personal things about me that are none of their business and gave nothing to do with discussion.

I don't ignore people just for having an opinion I disagree with.

pretty easy. if he wants to help this team. He can he a leader. If he's entrenched in selfish, single minded thoughts and concerned about himself. he needs to go ahead and do what's best for him. he is talented.

if world was set up to reward folks who do what we perceive as right thing and be a good teammate, and stay committed, see things to the end...then Id hope he stays. Unfortunately, its set up to reward those who think individually. Nothing necessarily wrong with doing things to better your lot, kid only has so many years to ball out. Life is short. Selfish or not. Facts are facts.

Kid could stay and be one of goats or go get paid. Not faulting him one way or other.

Idk specifics on Banks. I haven’t really tried to find anything out for sure, but I have heard some people say that’s what they thought Nolan Smith was getting to come back at UGA… and based on how NIL seems to be working with current players, a kid hears a rumor of what someone else is getting paid and they then think they should automatically get it. That’s why I think the portal might be super, super active after the spring semester.

NIL is going to give a lot of kids a crash course in supply and demand and also how important timing is in the world. A bunch of kids are hitting the portal across the country cause they feel like they missed out on NIL money by not being in this first class or this year’s transfer portal.

I love NIL and I love kids being able to transfer, but I hate them being introduced at the same time. It’s a brutal combination for both of these new rules to be happening at once.

Nolan Smith is returning to Georgia? Dammit, he should have gone pro.

And Banks isn't even close to that level. It's laughable if he thinks he is.

Ah... the same ones saying we're doing nothing with NIL while we are in the top 10, maybe top 5, in the country with NIL. Swain actually knows what's happening with NIL. Fanrun don't know crap.

Who knows if they're right about Banks or not, but there hasn't been anything from the kid himself or from the usual sources who would know, so perhaps VN should hold off on cursing the kid out until something actually happens

There were rumblings a few weeks ago that a significant player on the team would enter the portal if UT didn’t match an NIL deal he was being offered from another team.

I thought that was Baron and it was handled when he jumped in and then back out of the portal.

I guess it could be Banks. Don’t think he would garner a huge push from other teams IMO.
