President Joe Biden - Kamala Harris Administration

I'm telling you that I choose the president based on who I believe best moves the country in the correct direction.
Always have, always will.
Are you telling me you choose the president based on short term dollars in your wallet?
Okay, Luther. Let's see if we can actually get you to answer this question for once.
In what specific areas do you think the country is moving in the correct direction under Joe Biden?

You've already said that you're ecstatic that Biden is in the White House rather than Trump, and you choose the president based on who you believe best moves the country in the correct direction. Therefore, you clearly must think the country is moving in the correct direction under Joe Biden.

There was a time when Republicans and Democrats wanted the same thing, a properous nation. Ican't say the same now.

In the last election I supported Gabbard because she spoke and communicated common sense, not party line and partisan dog whistling.

Going back to 2016 I supported Trump, because he wasn't a political lap dog. I could deal with the petty insults as he had a strong economy and the country top to bottom was prosperous. He did not manage the covid reaction well along with many other failures.

By the end I wasn't "ecstatic" about him being president. I could admit his flaws, you on the other hand are "ecstatic" about a failed president. I keep coming back to the word pathetic, because that's what best describes your continued attempts to rationalize support for him.

Judicial picks (3/4 of whom are female)
----I saw numerous posters in the PF say that Trump's SCOTUS picks alone make his election worth it.

Threats of violence to produce fear for political purpose. That's pretty much the definition I've always seen. An argument or disagreement wouldn't count but threats of violence would.
Yes. But that has gone on for forever, and never been an issue before. Heck our congressional people used to beat the crap out of each other. Under this broad definition that is terrorism.

Two dudes getting in a fist fight because they disagree on the existence of a public park is an act of terrorism.

So the right direction to you is a downward spiral fueled by incompetence?

You still don't seem to fully grasp the point.
The ecstasy isn't from Biden being president, it's from Trump not being president
As soon as Biden won, I said I was fine if someone wanted to invoke the 25th (still am). As soon as Biden won I said he will not run in '24 and that I hoped he didn't. You guys are off base if you think I am a Biden supporter.

You may actually be right. It's all about them getting two senate seats, which would always be Democratic seats, and 6 or 7 house seats for the dems. That's all they care about. Nothing but a power play so they can attempt to control both chambers of congress forever and ram their agenda through.
So what's the argument against their statehood? Arguing that it throws off some bs political balance, is a political argument.

You cant deny a vote because things will change. That's the whole point. Our Consitution doesnt throw qualifiers in there on statehood.

The only argument against statehood is DC. Maryland and Virginia would have to agree to officially lose that land. No other state would have a voice.

Yea I saw that as I began reading the details

Legally it's probably correct that the administration can put requirements on entities receiving federal funds, haven't read the ruling yet to know if that was their reasoning or not.

SC blocks mandate for large businesses. Is that w/more than 100 workers involved?
What does all this mean now .... and does this go into effect quickly?

Education? That’s a laugher
Infrastructure? Which project are you referring to?
Civility? Excuse me? He doesn’t even get along with his “female” VP….
Environment? Have you seen the border?
Science? “Didn’t see it coming”

Sorry Luther, but all of those listed are failures with Democratic policies attached.
All they do is come up w/crazy ideas to make the far left of their base happy ... they're not good policies with the mass population of Americans. Civility has been thrown out the window a long time ago .... the Democrats have done nothing to help in that area especially Biden.

We are worse off in every area that you name, and I particularly get a chuckle out of your "return to the respect of and belief in science" comment and your contention that Education has improved under Joe Biden.

That sure wasn't the legal ruling when Trump attempted to cut off federal funding to states that wouldn't cooperate with federal law enforcement, including ICE.

lol.......
So when you asked, you didn't really want an answer.
You asked me what I thought and I told you what I thought. I don't particular care what you think about my thoughts.

I could always take the common Trumper escape route and say judicial appointments alone are enough.
But no need, there are to many other things being rerouted in the correct direction for me to limit it to just one thing.
