I'm not debating that Covid-19 as released/escaped may have been altered or modified. We are on the same page in that aspect.
I'm not even going to try to explain my line of thinking. It wouldn't make sense, and I'm down as hell right now.
Nothing that can't be fixed, or at least started to be fixed, at tomorrow's doc appointment. Joint pain issues, and I can't take NSAIDs and I won't take opiates or tramadol. Hoping to start knee therapy.
Also, what Orangeburst said about regretting ever offering help shook me more than it should have.
Sorry for your loss and it shouldn’t be trivialized. In this case I would argue that her death would be death by Covid, despite obesity because it was likely the Covid that led to it. The “with” argument is more for those situations where someone is living with a terminal illness to begin with or died of “natural causes” but was positive at the time. If an 85 year old dies from a heart attack but was positive they’re counted as Covid. My grandfather is currently living with terminal cancer and was given < year to live 6 months ago. I have zero doubt if he’s positive at the time of his death he’ll be labeled a Covid death, when the Covid will have had minimal to no impact on his death. That’s a major problem because the death count is distorted and we have no idea by how much. That reported number is grossly affecting the risk-benefit analysis applied. Leading to the terrible policies implemented that are crushing businesses, the economy, individual liberties, the supply chain etc.Yeah my 35 year old cousin was obese, so that’s the main co-morbidity along with age. But I don’t think just because you’re obese you shouldn’t count as a from covid death. She definitely wouldn’t have died in September if it weren’t for covid. I think the argument over with it or from it is not really helpful. What would actually be helpful is health campaigns and coercing and incentivizing exercise and weight loss. Would save hundreds of thousands of lives per year from covid and almost all other causes.

Chinese woman stuck in blind date’s home by abrupt COVID lockdown
Yeah we should be pushing for healthy living and exercise, not vaccine mandates. The most devastating public health crisis in the country is obesity. To the point where we would lose the next world war because of it. 75% of the nation is overweight it’s like a slow suicide but no one wants to address it and hurt feelings. The with or from debate is certainly helpful because it eliminates the fear and the push for mandates. Vaccines should be targeted for those who are at risk, not forced upon people who do not want or really need them.
They were hiding those numbers for a reason. Now they're putting them out there because there's a new president and democrats are in charge. The whole thing is political. That is not to say that covid hasn't killed people. Of course it has. Sorry about your cousin
